D’well

Brand Identity & Experience | Proposed Residential Development

Designed for a proposed Reuter Walton residential development in downtown Minneapolis, D’well was built around one simple idea: connection.

Connected to the city. Designed for living.

With direct access to Minneapolis’ skyway system, D’well was designed to connect residents to the energy of downtown, where work, entertainment, and everyday life were all within reach.

The development ultimately didn’t move forward, but the brand was designed with the same care and attention as any project that makes it to opening day.

A little personal note

Not every great idea makes it off the drawing board. But that doesn’t make the creative journey any less meaningful.

D’well was one of those projects where we had the opportunity to imagine an entire brand experience, from the first introduction to the smallest details. And we loved every minute of it.
