At Home in the North Loop
When Sherman Associates set out to transform an underutilized property in Minneapolis’ historic North Loop into a modern residential community, The Paxon needed an identity that felt connected to the neighborhood while creating a distinct sense of place all its own.

Inspired by the neighborhood. Made for the people who live there.
We drew from the North Loop’s history, riverfront setting, and creative energy to create a brand that felt both established and fresh. From the first leasing campaign to the resident experience, every touchpoint helped tell that story.

A welcome that goes beyond the front door.
We partnered with local restaurants, coffee shops, and retailers to create a welcome booklet with special offers for new residents. It encouraged people to explore the neighborhood, supported local businesses, and helped The Paxon become part of the community from day one.

A strong start.
